The River of Giants is a fossil site in North Africa where many dinosaur specimens have been uncovered. Its name derives from the fact that so many large dinosaurs were found at the site.

The entire African segment took place at the River of Giants during the middle Cretaceous period. The synopsis was that a young Paralititan got mired in a pit of mud and several predators fought over the stuck creature. However, the rest of the herd intervened and the youngster escaped.
